The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Our goal is to ship the same day or within 2 business days from when the order is received.
    UPS is our preferred vendor, but we will ship via USPS for small items and international orders.
    We make every effort to ship your order the best way possible.
    If we can ship your order for less than the price quoted here, we will adjust your invoice accordingly.

    Delivery times vary by state and carrier.
    Expedited shipping options, such as UPS 3 Day or UPS 2nd Day, refer only to the shipping method used
    when your order ships.
    If you need your order by a certain date, please note that date in the Special Instructions.
    Personalized items may take up to 5 to 7 business days to ship.

    NOTE: A $15.00 fee will apply for any and all returned checks, address corrections for orders that have already shipped,
    and orders that require a re-route.



  • International
  • Orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service.
    Any extra fees, such as a duty or a customs fee, will be the responsibility of the recipient.

    Return policy may vary for locations outside the lower 48 states.

  • Sales Tax
  • 9.75% for Tennessee residents will be applied to each order.


  • Return Policy
  • Stock items purchased at full price may be returned within 30-days from the purchase date only if they are in brand new, unused condition for an even exchange, in-store credit or credit subject to approval.
    In some cases a restocking fee may apply.

    Customers are responsible for freight when returning an item.

    For exchanges please call for approval and procedures.
    Clothing items may be returned for a size-exchange.

    Items received damaged should be reported immediately and may require an inspection.
    The box and packing material, as well as all damaged items, should be kept until a decision is reached.

    Discontinued or revised products will not be accepted for return or exchange.
    No refunds will be given for personalized items once printed.
    Personalized orders cancelled after set-up has been established will have a $15.00 fee deducted from the refund amount.
